Team Friday – A-A-A-Choooooo!

Hello fellow Team Friday Crew…. I will try not to sneeze on you or spread my icky virus {haha computer joke}… I have been ill and working and in recovery mode for the past few days. But very excited to read some Team Friday posts!

Friday nights look a lot different these days… I used to sit down and ‘watch’ the football with Mr Cool, but now my nose is buried in my computer as I read all the posts in the Team Friday link up. Every week I am inspired, challenged and encouraged to keep on with my fitness and health dreams.

I do try to comment on every post you link in and I do try to post them on to Twitter. It is nice to share the love around.

So.. without more unnecessary waffling, I will open up the linky and you can all link in!
